PHNOM PENH – The social enterprise Export Service Centre Cambodia will showcase silk Christmas decorations and eco-friendly handbags made of recycled materials at Global Sources China Sourcing Fairs at Hong Kong’s AsiaWorld-Expo.

At the Home Products show Export Service Centre’s booth will be #7M24, Oct. 20-23 and at Fashion Accessories booth #11K16, Oct. 27-30, at AsiaWorld-Expo – beside Hong Kong airport.

Products on display will be silk ornaments, including Christmas trees, stars, snowmen, deer and horses available in assorted colors. Eco-friendly products made from recycled rice bags range from iPhone, iPad cases and laptop bags to shoulder bags, purses and handbags. These are all handmade by disabled and underprivileged producers who embrace fair trade principles.

“Every item showcased at our booths boasts well of its great quality and uniqueness and is created by our artisans with great passion,” said Sokneang Chhour, export manager of the Export Service Centre Cambodia. “For example, buyers will be stunned by a new added look to our various colorful Christmas ornaments which are contained by a silk pouch with a greeting card as a complete Christmas set for gift-givers.

“We welcome smaller on-site mixed orders that start from $500 so buyers can test our products in their markets before committing to larger orders. Plus, buyers may elect to use our personalized services including sourcing and sampling, QC and door-to-door shipping.”
