The US purchases close to $660 million from Cambodia

The office of the US overseas commercial statistics indicated that for the first 3 months of this year, the US purchased $659.7 million worth of merchandises from Cambodia, whereas Cambodia imported about $36.3 million from the US only. Based on statistics, Cambodia’s export increased by $154.3 million, whereas Cambodia’s import from the US drops by $7.5 million when compared to the same period in 2010. The US is Cambodia’s largest export market. The merchandises exported from Cambodia to the US include mainly garment and a small amount of agricultural products.
