RGB International Bhd said its unit Macrocept Sdn Bhd (MCSB) is proposing to subscribe to 2.15 million rights shares in Cambodia’s Chateau De Bavet Club Co Ltd for US$10.79 million (RM32.37 million).
If the proposal goes through, the Cambodian entity will become a 70.74 per cent unit of MCSB.
