Australia Continues to Help Cambodia in Agricultural Sector

Some 130,000 Cambodian farmers will receive benefits from the agricultural sector through the Australia’s Cambodia Agricultural Value Chain program (CAVAC) for 2010-2015.

According to a press release of the Australian Embassy on June 11, the CAVAC program will further enhance the farmers’ revenue and boost the rice growing, crops and vegetables in the provinces of Kampong Thom, Kampot and Takeo.

So far, Australia has been helping Cambodia for twenty-year in agriculture.
