Song Saa has received unprecedented response since the off plan launch of the first phase villas in Phuket in 2009 which attracted buyers from a globally truly diverse mix of investors from the UK, Japan, Hong Kong, Norway and France. The project has made substantial progress, with construction commencing in March 2010 and is on schedule to open this year. The first three mock-up villas were recently completed in January, marking a key milestone for Song Saa.
Setting a new benchmark for eco-friendly luxury resorts, Song Saa Private Island will feature 27 rainforest, beach and over-water villas, each with private pools with sizes ranging from 135 sq.m. to 297 sq.m. Six one-bed over-water villas were launched at the beginning of the year. Three have already been snapped up. A final phase of seven beach villas will be released in Hong Kong at the launch. Priced at USD 600,000 all villas offer an 8% guaranteed yield for five years.
