Mobile operator Beeline Cambodia has partnered with ANZ Royal Bank to
allow top-ups through ATMs. In the first stage, Beeline customers can
use the ATM top-up service in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, and Preah Sihanouk
and from June the service will be expanded across the country. Recently,
Beeline also partnered with ABA and Acleda bank for ATM top-ups and
with mobile payments provider Wing.
