SKYROCKETING cotton prices have Specialty Fashion Group looking at the
Kingdom as a possible base for some of its manufacturing operations, The
Australian newspaper reported. Apparel makers like SFG, a US$600
million company with 900 stores in Australia, say they are struggling to
find a way to maintain margins without passing costs on to the
consumer.
